Rollback?

Yesterday my Char has been lvl 24. Today i logged and i see level 21...was there a rollback? i cant explain it...

server started with much errors, people take 40lvl+ after 15 hours
admin fix exp rate and make delevel to all people

EXP and level table was not correct.
Now EXP - lvl table is Classsic
