Time zone - server start?

in what time zone is the server start? i just see 20:00...moscow time? mid eu ? us?
 
For a what you need it?
 
Server time now is 17:10
 
Command /time
 
to know at what time the server is starting...if its us time i can come back in 11 hours again, if its eu i can try loging in 3 hours...its obvious no?^^
